It’s a good drama. You just don’t get what’s the writer really want to portray. LOL
Too many things has gone bad for this drama: 1. Messy writing 2. Unnecessary Love triangle 3. the biggest letdown is Acting (Lee Chae-Min can’t act for sure, Roh Jeong-Eui is good actress but her acting is also very flat & dull in this drama, some of them did very overacting & few of them were doing good like Choi Won-Young & Yoon Se-Ah but they have been given very little screen space) 4. It’s a revenge drama so story should have been intense focusing on revenge but it lost track & Ending is not satisfactory at all.
Honestly, I had a lot of fun watching it because of the romance thingy (unfortunately?) but in serious note, the plot is reaaaally confusing.
First of all, Kang Ha is confusing about his intent being at that school. For revenge? He doesn’t show the grief I was expecting and he kinda played with a savior complex personality, but for what? BFR
He does stay as he said to become the first scholar student to graduate at that school, but it was really clear from EP1 that he only wants to know who killed his brother. And after all of that he just stays on that school? ?
A lot of questionable scenes to be honest that I can’t explain further.
Besides the revenge part, I think this series also highlights social class problems and inequalities. (I mean it’s stated on the title tho but I think no one in the comments mentioned about this)
This drama could have been great. The concept is good but the storyline was a mess. I was confused with what the plot should be. Where’s the revenge? The supposedly plot was squeezed into 1 episode. Jae-I would have been good if only she didn’t stuck herself into an obvious red flag guy. Well, out of all them, Kang Ha is the only one with the best role here and had the best acting.
Loved this. Wonderful actors, played their parts so well!
