Review By People

@Drama watcher so i rewatch the whole drama ytd and might have skip many scenes (i watched almost whole thing at 1.5x speed) but i dont think it goes the way you were describing

1) he dated and broke up multiple times, simply said he was in relationship but was not in love. probably he didnt put many effort hence he was always dumped, but that didnt mean he wait for her. he has tried meeting new people but it did not developed into love.

as he said, loving her is not about heartbreak, he take it easy hence he can still do many things for those years she was married, like dating and being successful in work. as for supporting her, i believe they both support each other but we just saw more of his pov, hence they are still close even after she is married and her being in good terms with some women he dated.

2) idk if i miss this scene but i dont recall him being happy that she was divorced, he didnt believe her at first thinking it was a joke but after knowing it was real he did not rejoiced or think he had a chance hence he never cross the brother line even after knowing she was divorced. in fact he was distressed knowing what she went through for a year after being divorced.

3) honestly i might missed the part where he help her secretly so i’m gonna skip that (he do help her multiple times but i dont think it was done secretly so maybe we are talking about different scenes)

4) she never date another man, she was in the knowing each other stage with SML, it was a casual relationship but they did not date, they only occasionally met and eat together, return and went home together. the SML himself said they were not dating yet during the scenes where ML, FL, SML, SFL ate together and not long after that their casual relationship stop as FL suggest that they should just be neighbourhood friends.

5) he confess to her while she was already in the knowing each other stage with SML and he himself said he not gonna force his feelings on her and she is free to went on date with SML, hence she still met with him multiple times after, but that was not dating. she never had feelings for SML like that.

she likes the feelings on going on dates but she did not ever think to do stuff for SML, and this was different with ML bc whenever good things happen to her, ML is the first person she think of, eg getting paid: she only think of buying things for him and her daughter. even when SML hurt his finger, she forgot to give him band aid bc the thought didnt cross her mind, she was not concern and care for him.

6) i believe her hearts flutter multiple times for ML hence her rejecting him at first bc the thought of being with him scares her, as romantic relationship could be ruined in any moment. but ig it just get easier later to consider ML as a partner bc as she mentioned, she want to have fun with her partner and ML did mentioned them having lots of fun together, which imo lead to her considering it and realised that she has unknowingly view him as a man ever since she discovered his feelings for her

7) ml tried dating but he was not able to love anyone bc they are not her but that is the thing about love, some people just dont fell easily. and it is harder to forget when that person is close with you ig? not to mention they are the person that know each other best

Good story, premise, and actors; but it has a lot of the same melodramatic stuff going on when it comes to the triangle relationships. It is so predictable and I could guess exactly what was going to happen once a scene started. When i saw her pet the lost dog at the park i knew the SML was gonna show up LOL.

Your standard melodramatic drama, but the premise is different so it was worth the watch. Wish they included her kid in the story more instead of just having her living in the Philippines and just mentioned. The leads do not get together til late in story like normal, but they do have a lot of nice moments with the build up.

The ML is a genuinely nice guy who cares a lot for the FL who of course never saw everything he did for him until it all culminates and slaps her in the face. Even after he confesses she does not accept it…even after everything he has done for her. This would not be a problem, except she does have feelings for him so why reject him? Yeah there are superficial reasons you could say but that is your standard melodrama for you.

Good drama, but i am kind of getting tired of the same romantic tropes being overused, but that is not this dramas fault and more my bias. I am kind of upset I did not enjoy this drama as much because it is actually very good. I think i need to take a break from melodramas.

i dont remember anything of this drama but i do remember liking it. tbf ml not dating anyone while fl was married is not really surprising/any kind of noble act or something, i dont think he is single bc of fl, or maybe he stay single bc he could not move on but that’s the point, why use other people to get over someone?

i genuinely think not dating anyone else simply bc one have not met someone new that they had feelings for should be normalised. getting to know someone is seriously a very tiring process and some people are just not actively looking bc they are contented with their lives like that, i know i do. so it is not really something to be questioned about that he is single while she was married imo.

Some ppl only get into relationship if they seriously like the person instead of mere attraction, i personally dont think i have ever like anyone seriously in my whole life so i never date anyone and neither do i ever made any effort to find someone

starting a new year with this drama is so good. Every character had their struggles and stories. dani struggling to get a job , not giving up , it was sad to watch how society doesn’t accept us when we are around 30-40 , it’s not “old” . we still can utilize this time . eunho’s character was such a comfort , it made me realize that you need someone to cheer you up , doesn’t matter even if it’s a one person.

I loved Wi ha joon’s , even though he is a very famous actor , this was my first time seeing him in a role and i think the role suited him the very best. every character is previous to me :( it was such a great time to have y’all here . I am closing the book too but it will remain in my heart and whenever i feel sad , i will open it for comfort . the ending note made me teared up :(
y’all just watch it , it’s underrated !!
