Quick Answer
Alice is a Korean science-fiction mystery built around time travel, identity, fate and the consequences of changing events. It is a better fit for viewers who enjoy plot-driven stories than for anyone expecting a straightforward romance.
Premise
The story connects people and events across different points in time through a mysterious organization and a larger question about how the future is created. Personal relationships make the science-fiction premise more emotional.
What Works
The central time-travel idea gives the drama a clear hook. The mystery also creates questions about cause and effect, identity and whether characters can escape events that seem predetermined.
The Mystery
Much of the enjoyment comes from gradually understanding how the characters and timelines connect. Details that seem unrelated early in the story become more meaningful as the plot develops.
What May Not Work
The science-fiction rules can feel complicated, and the drama sometimes asks viewers to accept its own time-travel logic rather than explaining every detail in simple terms.
Who Should Watch It?
Choose Alice if you like Korean dramas with science fiction, suspense, changing timelines and a stronger plot focus. It is less suitable if you want a light romance with minimal mystery.
Is It Still Worth Watching in 2026?
It remains worth considering for viewers who enjoy time-travel mysteries. Its main appeal is the premise and the questions it raises about fate and choice, rather than current relevance.
Final Verdict
Alice is a worthwhile choice for a viewer who wants Korean science fiction with a mystery structure. Go in for the time-travel story and accept that the plot requires attention.
